Your forms are great but I couldn’t use them with my computer and acrobats reader didn’t work. And then my thermal printer would only print 1/3 size pages with no way to fix it. I ordered a new color printer and we’ll see what happens.

That shrunken page is typical of thermal printers: most use narrow receipt or label paper, so a full page gets scaled down to fit, and no setting can change that. Thermal paper also fades over time, which you don't want on a document you're recording, so the new printer is the right call. When it arrives, print on plain white paper with “Actual size” selected in the print settings so the page comes out full size with its margins intact. If Acrobat Reader gives you trouble again, save the form to your computer first and open the saved file in Acrobat Reader rather than in your web browser. Still stuck? I thought this form was great and easy to complete but the instructions were unclear as to whether the grantee- beneficiaries needed to sign and notarize their signatures as well. It did not appear to be the case but it would be helpful if the instructions spelled this out better.

Ordered quitclaim deed form for Knox county Illinois. It got the job done however it was not a very good format. I had to explain all to the county recorder & was worried she would reject it. I would not recommend this item.

Your instructions and sample are geared towards businesses. It would have been helpful to have included some for us individuals as married couples as well. I also recall one or two spelling errors on the form that I could not fix, and the instructions seem to be for a prior form. This particular registry also required a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of documents. Hey, you asked! Overall, pleased.
