I was very pleased. It was the form I needed. I was getting discouraged by companies that wanted me to sign up for monthly payments just to get the one form I needed. I prefer your system of paying for what I get. Thank you so much!

So far so good. It was reasonably easy to download and complete the form using information found in my closing paperwork. I haven't yet had my form notarized but plan to do so this week and submit the packet to my county auditor.

Thanks for making the Quitclaim Mineral Deed easy to understand, and the process so affordable.
Thank you, Elizabeth. We're glad the Quitclaim Mineral Deed package made the process clear and accessible. Mineral rights conveyances can feel intimidating without the right tools, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

I love whoever is behind this website. I bought the wrong form and I told them and they refunded me asap! I figured out which form I need days later and bought it just now. They didn't have to refund me for my own mistake. That was very kind. I'll be returning for any other forms I may need and will tell others too. Thank you so much!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

My goal was to find the Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for my HOA. From what I can read, these documents should be attached to our Deed (single family, patio home in New Hanover County). I am not sure if I have a copy of my Deed. I would need to check my Safe Deposit Box. Unfortunately, I was not successful at finding these documents from your Website. If you can help me find them, I would appreciate that.
It is most common to obtain a copy of CC&Rs directly from the HOA. Alternatively, they are also usually a matter of public record recorded with the local recorder and you can obtain a copy there.
