(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) Pros, quick purchase and document availability including instructions and examples. Cons, For the cert. of trust, the form would not accept the length of our trust name with no way to get around. The pdf file printing did not meet the requirements for 2.5" top margin and .5" other margins as well as the 10pt font size as the form information was shrunk down even when normal printing.

We aimed to handle a survivorship affidavit (deed change) without a lawyer following my dad's death. After some searching, deeds.com seemed to have the most comprehensive and "correct looking" form we could find for our locale, so we went with it, and it was accepted by our recorder's office.
