(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) Not a fan. Filling in the WI RE transfer return was simple enough. However, it downloaded as a DOR file and I can't find a program to open it. So, I have no way to print the form to complete the process.

It would be helpful to be able to edit verbiage on the form. I was preparing a Deed of Distribution; therefore, there was no consideration paid. I had to type the language into a Word document instead.
