(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) These products would be more useful if they final deed could be copied and pasted into a word document for proper formatting. Because most of the document is protected against selecting and copying, I did not find it useful. I would not purchase again.

Needed a Limited Power of Attorney form for a real estate transaction in another state. Proper form came up immediately and was fairly easy to complete. I think the sample completed form should have been more completely explained in layman's language instead of legalese (such as person granting permission instead of grantor or something like your name and address and the person who will be signing on your behalf) but since the form was one price no matter how many ways it was printed out, it was fine. I just filled it out several ways and had it notarized and sent it to my sister. Whichever combination is appropriate she and the lawyer will have. I found the site easy to navigate

I found your instructions and sample for completing a quit-claim deed in Arizona to be simple and easy to follow with one exception. The website to use in order to determine the code for the reason for exemption of fees was incorrect, as a result of which I had to contact the County Recorder to obtain that information.

I wanna give more stars because the required information is there, but the character spacing is disjointed on the first page, rendering a gap-filled, awkward-looking document. Also, the opening parenthesis for the first field on the first page is on the wrong line and is backwards, which sets the wrong tone especially since it's the first thing you have to fill out.
