(Any trust deed, substitution of trustee, assignment of a beneficial interest under a trust deed, notice of assignment of a beneficial interest, notice of default, trustee's deed, reconveyance of the trust property, and any instrument by which any trust deed is subordinated or waived as to priority, if acknowledged as provided by law, is entitled to be recorded.) The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.

Super quick processing. I uploaded my document late Friday afternoon, it was reviewed by Deeds.com staff and sent to the county for recording on Monday.
