To provide constructive notice of a pending lawsuit a Memorandum of Lis Pendens is filed when the claim brought forth (seeks to establish an interest by the filing party in the real property described in the memorandum.) Generally speaking a Memorandum becomes effective when recorded in the County or City, Circuit Court where the property is located. (8.01-268. (B))
The Memorandum of Lis Pendens shall contain:
(the title of the cause or attachment
the general object thereof
the court wherein it is pending
the amount of the claim asserted by the plaintiff
a description of the property
the name of the person whose estate is intended to be affected thereby,
and in an action to enforce a zoning ordinance a description of the alleged violation, shall be admitted to record in the clerk's office of the circuit court of the county or the city wherein the property is located;)(8.01-268. (A))

Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office. I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Was driven to this site by the county website. It took a bit of work having to create an account, etc. The example was useful; however the example only showed both parties in the same county, nor did the instructions mention anything about differing counties. This caused an oversight on my part.

The product I purchased looks great and I added Adobe to be able to copy it, but for some reason I can't,so I will delete Adobe and then try again to copy what i paid for.
