The primary purpose in granting this Durable Power of Attorney is to appoint an Agent to
Act in your place with respect to all financial and health care needs should you become disabled or incapacitated. Accordingly, the Agent shall have all powers as are necessary or desirable to make decisions on your behalf for your best interests in accordance with the Uniform Power of Attorney Act, RCW 11.125 et seq.
This Power of Attorney revokes any and all previous Powers of Attorney.
Appoints a Primary Agent and Alternate Agent if needed.
Termination:
As long as you have capacity, you may revoke this Power of Attorney by written notice to your Agent and, if this Durable Power of Attorney is recorded, by recording the same written notice of revocation in the county office where deeds are recorded. Otherwise, this Durable Power of Attorney shall terminate upon your death in all respects, other than the disposition of your remains as authorized under RCW 68.50.160.
Applicable Law:
The laws of the State of Washington shall govern this Power of Attorney.

I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file. It's useful to have forms specific to the County as well as the State. The examples are also helpful, but it would be even more helpful to see an example of a complete and successfully filed package. I will go the County Recorder's Office to see if I can find an example there.

I thought it was easy, but I wish it were faster. I uploaded my document Monday night (after 5pm) and got my invoice the next morning Tuesday paid it right away. and my document was not sent to me as recorded until Wednesday morning even though it was recorded the day earlier at 8:30am. So there was a delay of almost 24 hours letting me know that my document was recorded. So if they could speed that up so that we knew exactly when it got recorded immediately I would give it a million stars

Of little use to me. I did not feel this really help me to do a Quick Claim Deed here in Minnesota on my own. All it showed me is what a complex mess it is to fill out this deed. That, unfortunately, I am going to have to hire a professional to make sure it is done right.
