After a complaint is filed that (might confirm or change interests in the real property) the Plaintiff shall record a Lis Pendens in the county or (each county where any part) of the property lies. The Lis Pendens will be recorded with the Registry of Deeds of said county.
The Lis Pendens will contain:
The names of the parties involved
The object of the legal action taken
A legal description of the affected property.
Once recorded the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers.) After the Lis Pendens is filed any subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer will be bound by the proceedings as if they were a party to the action. Statute 840.10

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document. Forms were spot on and able to save over $100 by not going to an attorney to complete the same documents. There were templates on how forms are supposed to be completed. You just need a notary to sign.

I would make just two suggestions. (1) Create and example showing multiple grantor(s) and (2) In the same example, show where and estate is conveyed to two or more people. It would help in knowing the correct format.

This service is excellent. I submitted a Quickclaim Deed so my home would be in the name of a Living Trust I had just created. This was my first attempted at any of this and the staff person, KVH, who reviewed my Deed was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and to make sure the Deed had the correct information before submittal to the county for recording. I started the process one afternoon and by the next day, the Deed was submitted to, and recorded in, my county. I will use them again whenever needed.
