After a complaint is filed that (might confirm or change interests in the real property) the Plaintiff shall record a Lis Pendens in the county or (each county where any part) of the property lies. The Lis Pendens will be recorded with the Registry of Deeds of said county.
The Lis Pendens will contain:
The names of the parties involved
The object of the legal action taken
A legal description of the affected property.
Once recorded the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers.) After the Lis Pendens is filed any subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer will be bound by the proceedings as if they were a party to the action. Statute 840.10

I was very pleased with the ease in use of the forms. I suggest making sure the sample copy is totally aligned with the exact same parts. I was a little confused about the portion "Subject to.." It was easy to make corrections, additions, etc because the page remained open, and I didn't have to re=open the forms continuously.

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly. Well worth the $20.00 for the Transfer on Death Deed, if you are willing to do the leg work to notarize and record the deed. Money well spent and money well saved. The value is in the short, bullet type instructions and State specific forms and requirements.
