Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. It just a little disconcerting that I was not able to preview any of the forms prior to purchasing them. Thank goodness they were the correct forms I needed. I would suggest being able to at least make the picture of the forms a little larger or give the capability to zoom in.

The site is fine with one exception. About half the pdf files I downloaded were corrupted. I could not open them or view their contents. Fortunately, the link continued to work, so after I discovered this, I downloaded the corrupted files again, and they now seem fine. I do not know if my computer or the website caused this odd problem.
