Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) Process is well laid out, clear and concise. Check out is easy. Recommendations: * Assign names to the downloadable files that are meaningful, such as: WARRANTY DEED instead of the useless and cryptic 1420490866F11417.pdf. * Provide a ONE BUTTON DOWNLOAD for all forms ordered. It's aggravating to have to click on each of the 20 documents and download them individually.

It was frustrating to get the scans done but that might have been due to a learning curve. After 4 tries they were accepted. I couldn't figure out how to delete or close the failed attempts. Waiting to see if Recorder office has changed the title.
