Use this form to finance a condominium, residential property, rental property, small commercial and/or a planned unit development. (A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.

Using Adobe Reader to fill, save, and send the form is recommended. We also pass along all feedback like this to our team to confirm there are no issues.

I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document.
