(A mortgage on real property creates a lien on the property mortgaged; except for the lien and subject to s. 708.11, the mortgagor retains the interest that the mortgagor had at the time of mortgage until that interest is divested by some later act.) This service is excellent. I submitted a Quickclaim Deed so my home would be in the name of a Living Trust I had just created. This was my first attempted at any of this and the staff person, KVH, who reviewed my Deed was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had and to make sure the Deed had the correct information before submittal to the county for recording. I started the process one afternoon and by the next day, the Deed was submitted to, and recorded in, my county. I will use them again whenever needed.

Since the recorder's office is closed, due to Covid, this worked well to submit my Quit Claim Deed. I was a bit confused with the direction and download. But, I think I got her done! We'll see if I get recorded and confirmation is received. I may be back

Your documents were very helpful. I went ahead and filled in all the info for the Release of Lien document. It was easy to do with your example. I had all the necessary info such as plot numbers, etc. for the property and everything fit nicely onto the document. It has been notorized and mailed.
