I'm very impressed. We're a small nonprofit, and we usually walk our documents into our county offices for recording. So I was a little bit skeptical about how things would work if we did it electronically. But it was a smooth, quick, painless, and reasonably priced process. I expect that this will be our preferred method even after county offices re-open.

Used a form from this service. Best part about these forms is that they don't let you get in trouble by removing or changing things that should not be changed. It's easy to look at something and think why is this margin so big, why is this field so small and want to change it only to find out it is incredibly important. The State form I chose was valid and accurate. However, I found the ability to enter information was inadequate and difficult. Converted the form to a Word document and was then able to enter the information I needed to.

Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. When I uploaded my quit claim to Deed.com I got it electronically recored by county register's office in "24 hours"!!! Deed.com is quick and efficient and I will dedinitely be using Deed.com again if I ever need a document recorded again.

My overall experience was positive. Little trouble uploading documents but resolved. I had two mineral deeds to file in Arkansas, two different counties, exactly the same form, only difference being property description; one was completed, one was canceled. I emailed to inquire why and the reply was in an automatic email indicating that email address was not monitored and if further action would be taken on Deeds.com part, I would be notified. Other than that, I would recommend their services to avoid using snail mail.

Ultimately, it directed me to the wrong form. Not very helpful. I had to turn to a title company to get my issue addressed.
