Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to sell a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to sell a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.

This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.

If I hadn't spent my career as an escrow officer (albeit in another state), I may have had a hard time figuring out exactly which deed I needed and how to prepare them, even with the back-up informational, how-to pdf documents, without an attorney. My experience speaks to how much the general public doesn't understand and how confusing it can be. Nonetheless, the access to so many documents at a fairly reasonable cost, the basic how-to docs made available along with the purchased doc makes all the difference. Once I had everything right;the recording was fast and easy. I was updated at every juncture and apprised of my mistakes in order to fix and record my deed. To improve service: I think that several different examples and scenarios would have helped. If you have different names from your children; birth certificates and marriage certificates are a requirement in Clark County, NV. If you want to add anyone to the deed in a Quit Claim Deed; you have to add yourself as a grantee even if you are the grantor along with the other grantees.

This is my first time using this amazing service. I wish I was told about this before I went all the way downtown, drove thru construction zones, paid for parking only to be told the computer system had crashed. I was referred to Deeds.com and I will not use the downtown system again.

The process was easy and cost was reasonable. My only suggestion is to allow user the ability to shorten the space between the county and state and the space after the month. I needed to draw a line at the courthouse before they would file it.
