Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to sell a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to sell a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.
Agent's Certification Form: Often Third Parties, accepting the power of attorney will require this form. (The following optional form may be used by an agent to certify facts concerning a power of attorney for finances and property.) (Wisconsin revised statute 244.62)

I ended up loading the same file twice and was unable to delete one of them. I did send e request in to have one deleted and I did get a response back that only one file was processed. This was done in a timely manner but required more additional time. It would have been nice to be able to delete the file myself and finish the process at the same time. Other than this every thing did go very well. Thank you

Very helpful, with blank and sample completed documents. The only thing I was confused about was the "legal description" of my property. The documents weren't too helpful on what that meant. Otherwise they were great. It saved me $200 to prepare these myself.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. The fill-in pdf produced a messy document and several of the fields too small to accommodate the text. A tailorable MS Word document would have been far better. I would not recommend using this product.

This was such a money saver. I was told by someone at the courthouse that I had to have a lawyer prepare the paper work for my mom. They stated that family members couldn't prepare the papers. Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.
