Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to sell a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to sell a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.

It was more detailed than the forms on other website, plus cheaper. I do not have date it was recorded in 2000 but did have date of warranty deed. Will that be ok with Recorder? Also did not want to date it today till I know when and where the Recorders office is located.

Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Having forms and instructions available for the public to have their wishes recorded and confirmed makes handling final planning much easier and prevents family members from having the unnecessary task of going through court to solve property distribution issues. The process was fast and efficient. It was OK but unfortunately useless. The jurisdictions are now requesting that documents such as Notices of Commencement not only be recorded at their offices, but also certified. This last service is not provided by Deeds, or at least I could not find it in your website and did not receive a response when I asked if you did. Thus, we are going back to traditional means of recording/certifying
