Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to sell a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to sell a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.

I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way.
We certainly do not want you to waste your money Philippe, to that end your order and payment has been canceled. We do hope that you seek the advice of a legal professional familiar with your specific situation. This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. It was processed the next day at the county recorders office. I have zero complaints. Before finding this company I spent an entire day calling and leaving messages at other e-filing companies like simplfile and others but they all required subscriptions. I just needed to file a single document now and then so that was not a good fit. (And those companies I found out still require the customer to do all the work!). The Executor's Guide needs more info about what to put for grantee (estate of deceased or my name as executor?) and the price (something nominal like $10?) before there is a buyer. The guide seems to use only one example.

Ordered the forms, completed them, had them notarized, then erecorded all in under 2 hours. Would have been faster but had to wait for the bank to open for notary. Might try the online notary next time. Fantastic experience.
