What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. Not a fan. Filling in the WI RE transfer return was simple enough. However, it downloaded as a DOR file and I can't find a program to open it. So, I have no way to print the form to complete the process.

I was disappointed in the form received. The language was not clear and for the price, one would think we would receive a Word version rather than a PDF.

I liked the service very much. The form I ordered wasn't provided by the local government agency and I couldn't find it on the internet. I used the Oklahoma Gift Deed transferring property intra-family, and found it easy to complete. I could not find an Oklahoma Affidavit for the new law re citizenship verification, 60 O.S. Sec 121 and found it at another site that was not a fill in online. Oh well. Site was easy to navigate.
