After a complaint is filed that (might confirm or change interests in the real property) the Plaintiff shall record a Lis Pendens in the county or (each county where any part) of the property lies. The Lis Pendens will be recorded with the Registry of Deeds of said county.
The Lis Pendens will contain:
The names of the parties involved
The object of the legal action taken
A legal description of the affected property.
Once recorded the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers.) After the Lis Pendens is filed any subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer will be bound by the proceedings as if they were a party to the action. Statute 840.10

What you are seeing is one payment and a hold placed by your financial institution for the declined attempt. We are not sure why they do this but the hold usually falls off after a few day depending on their policy. This is an option for recording that worked flawlessly with my county government. Given Covid19 has closed county offices to the public as well as the personal kiosks options to record shrunk dramatically. I recommend Deeds.Com for your recording needs.

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. Sometimes, depending on your financial institution, it can take a few days for the pending charges to fall off of your statement reporting.
