I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way.

Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Having forms and instructions available for the public to have their wishes recorded and confirmed makes handling final planning much easier and prevents family members from having the unnecessary task of going through court to solve property distribution issues. I LOVE that very concise directions and a sample completed deed were included. They were incredibly helpful.
