Use this form (Principal) to allow a second party, your Agent, to purchase a property on your behalf. Your agent can perform all tasks necessary to purchase and finance a specific property located in the State of Wisconsin, in your place and stead as if you were present yourself.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Wisconsin that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Wisconsin. Terminates upon a date set by the principal.

Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. I was directed to you because of a referral on the county site. I wish I had known you had forms available as well. I searched for a day to find the appropriate form.

Thank you for your service. It seems to have worked, I printed a document purporting to be the Deed I needed. I was somewhat disappointed though - I was expecting something as impressive as the Title Search, which goes back to 1828 and includes Millard Fillmore, admittedly not one of our most celebrated Presidents. I purchased the Affidavit of Surviving Joint Tenant document and found the whole package of documents to be useful and practical. Successfully recorded!!! While the fillable PDF files are good enough, I personally prefer a Word document as it is easier to modify font or spacing.
