StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Plats and vacations: $11 for a two page set consisting of front page and signature page; extra pages $1 per page. Surveys: $5 per page. Delinquency List: $25 for Irrigation Districts Levy and Collection of Assessments per Idaho Statute Title 43 Chapter 7. No fee for UCC terminations. Copies of unrecorded documents: $0.15 per page.
Transfer tax
No transfer tax. None is collected when a document is recorded. (statewide)

Must be space on one of the pages for a 2 inch by 3 inch Recorder's stamp, preferably on the top right corner.

Legal description of property is required. Documents must bear original, notarized signatures. Documents will be scanned and must be very clear and legible. Computer-generated print should be no smaller than typewriter 10 pitch.
