StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Mining claims (proof of labor/assessment, location filing): $10.00 for the first page + $3.00 each additional page. Corner Perpetuations: $10.00 for each filing. Recorder's search fees (as of February 2022): $5.00 per search plus $1.00 per page; any search taking more than 2 hours, Clerk's wages will be assessed.
