Fee schedule effective July 1, 2017.
StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Pages larger than 8 1/2" x 14" are charged as two pages. Computer printouts: $1 first page, $0.15 each additional page. Comparing prepared copy: $0.50 per page. Conformed copies: $1. Lien searches: $5 per name. UCC search with copies: $12 per name; UCC search only: $6 per name.
