StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Recording a survey: property survey $5, subdivision plat $11. Plats copies, all sizes: $4.00/page. Returned payment charge: $20.

Documents need a 2" blank header space and must be on legal or letter size paper. Requirements are different for plats and surveys. A survey needs 1 mylar plus a paper copy; anything in a subdivision needs 2 mylars.
