StatewideThe 2-inch top margin applies to all documents, not only the first page. A clerk must accept a nonconforming document if it is an original or certified copy, legible without magnification, xerographically reproducible, meets all other statutory requirements, and the nonconforming fee is paid. Where more than 25 legal descriptions need separate index entries, they must be sorted by addition, block, and lot, or by township, range, and section.
