This is a recorded document used to assign a previously recorded mortgage to another party, this is typically done when a mortgage has been sold or through administration of estates. Included is a "Notice of Assignment of Mortgage" form, by law the current borrowers must be notified of the mortgage assignment.

Section 43-2-420 - Assignment or transfer of mortgages, notes or accounts.
Executors and administrators may assign and transfer by endorsement, without recourse or warranty, any mortgages, notes or accounts belonging to a decedent, provided he receives the full amount due thereon, and provided said mortgages, notes or accounts shall have been entered on the inventory returned to the court.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). You had the generic document that I was looking for Yay!

The "example" page was helpful and reassuring.

The auto input sections of my document looked ok until i printed it and then it appeared to be out of alignment which is why my rating is lowered to 4 stars

it would be nice to have the ability to correct the title (created by me) when downloading PDFs for an e-filing

I thought the website was good. But once I paid the money and downloaded the papers I needed for Grays Harbor. I had to end up calling a escrow company that we had worked with only to find out that they work with a slightly different version. The escrow company was kind enough to email me the version Grays Harbor recommends and uses. There is a chance I could use theses in the future.
