Was driven to this site by the county website. It took a bit of work having to create an account, etc. The example was useful; however the example only showed both parties in the same county, nor did the instructions mention anything about differing counties. This caused an oversight on my part.

Death of JT form was excellent. You have the best documents out there. I wish I could have read the sample just so I knew my information was entered correctly. Real problem is County wants a bar code on documents to get recorded. Now? Need four deed forms so the expense starts to be prohibitive. I would rather pay more and get multiple access.

I purchased the La St. Tammany Parish Quit Claim Deed as a gift for a friend. Currently waiting on a lawyer to draft his second version of what a La Quit Claim should look like. The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.
