The affidavit, executed by the person serving notice, cites the date and manner by which notice has been served. It is signed by the individual serving notice in the presence of a notary public. The State form I chose was valid and accurate. However, I found the ability to enter information was inadequate and difficult. Converted the form to a Word document and was then able to enter the information I needed to.

THIS SERVICE IS DIFFICULT TO USE AND TROUBLESOME, IN MY PROFESSIOBAL OPINION; a true NUGHTMARE! As a Title / Petroleum Land Professional (Landman), I use a wide variert of online title research tools and services. Mist are EXTREMELY COMPREHENSIVE, and relatively easy to perform one’s research. I am beginning to beliece that there is no search intrrfaxe here; just a long list of instructions full of circular references that simply tuns the researcher around and around to the same pages repeatedly. This service takes users NOWHERE. Good luck to those seeking to waste their time reading a vast set of redundant words and NO INTERFACE FOR CREATING OR EXECUTING AN AXTUAL SEARCH.

Pros, quick purchase and document availability including instructions and examples. Cons, For the cert. of trust, the form would not accept the length of our trust name with no way to get around. The pdf file printing did not meet the requirements for 2.5" top margin and .5" other margins as well as the 10pt font size as the form information was shrunk down even when normal printing.
