Deed.com is AMAZING! I only had about 2 weeks to get my quit claim deed recorded by my county office before my refinace due date approached. My sale is a land contract and it is complicated. We were thinking we'd have to get an attorney. Your site is very thorough and helpful. Nice site, easy to maneuver around, and walks you thru completing forms. However, at the end, the forms listed poorly explained. It would be helpful to have better explanations of the forms so people know which forms they really need to download.

the deeds and related materials themselves are excellent but the PDF application is awful plus there is no way to customize the documents for specific purposes, so I had to type them from scratch in each instance.
