The affidavit, executed by the person serving notice, cites the date and manner by which notice has been served. It is signed by the individual serving notice in the presence of a notary public. THIS SERVICE IS DIFFICULT TO USE AND TROUBLESOME, IN MY PROFESSIOBAL OPINION; a true NUGHTMARE! As a Title / Petroleum Land Professional (Landman), I use a wide variert of online title research tools and services. Mist are EXTREMELY COMPREHENSIVE, and relatively easy to perform one’s research. I am beginning to beliece that there is no search intrrfaxe here; just a long list of instructions full of circular references that simply tuns the researcher around and around to the same pages repeatedly. This service takes users NOWHERE. Good luck to those seeking to waste their time reading a vast set of redundant words and NO INTERFACE FOR CREATING OR EXECUTING AN AXTUAL SEARCH.

It would be helpful if the numbers on the instruction sheet were on the form. I was confused on page two if the signatures were for witnesses or buyer (grantee). I do like the form and will use it in the future. Also page one Grantee's signature only has one line and if there are two buyers need another line.

Order Process: 5 Stars - very easy Material Received: 2 Stars Issues: 1. Printing- Document would not print in format displayed. Format would continually shrink to approx 2/3 size thus not useable for formal doc submission to County Records office. 2. Document Format- Data insertion fields (addresses) were not of correct size for data input. I needed a 4 line input space but was limited to only 3 lines. Also, Date field (year) was mis-oriented in-so-much that the 3rd digit (inputted) overlapped on 2nd digit (pre-printed) and also was of noticeably different font. 3. Useability- Hand-written input space provided (for Notary) was deficient in space and spacing. It was a challenge to utilize the space available to complete fully and maintain legibility. Overall - the document worked marginally as advertised, I did need to re-write the entire document myself. It is a good concept but I'd recommend that Deeds company improve the downloaded forms for actual useability, readability, functionability. regards, Jim S

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself.
