I just used the form for my daughter to Quit Claim her house to me. In the process of getting the form notarized and witnessed we discovered that there is no place for the Grantor to sign so we just drew a line printed her name and had her sign above the line. Seems strange that this was lacking.

Nice form however I had to print my property description onto the form separately. When I tried typing it into the form the space would not wrap the text - just cut if off. This method of getting the form is very nice though.

The process was easy and the forms were easy to follow. I personally would have liked to see the forms formatted a little more professionally especially a header.
