Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. The process was all very clear and easy -- pay the fee online and download the state and county forms onto my computer. I will do as instructed for the Revocable Transfer on Death Deed, then update my review after I file this with the office of the Sandoval County (New Mexico) Clerk.

I needed to create a deed of distribution for my probate case. The instructions as to what was needed on the caption page was lacking. Because of the lack of information I still had to have an attorney review the documents as I didn't feel confident in the instructions given.
