See what others like you had to say about our Substitution of Trustee and Full Reconveyance Forms in California.

Jonel Wolleat Said: The form would have been perfect except for the fact that the bottom section where the Notary County and State should be could not be changed. I live in Louisiana and the Notary is Louisiana but I can not change it on the form. This means I will have to reproduce the form myself unless you can provided a new download where that field can be changed. I did send this information already but have not had a reply yet. If you can help I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Deb B Said: I found the forms to be most helpful and just what I needed. Thank you! NOTE TO THE COMPANY (for a suggested changeimprovement on the SAMPLE quit claim deed) You may want to change the state listed at the bottom of the first page of the sample from Iowa to Nebraska since these quit claim forms are for Douglas County Nebraska and all other references are to Nebraska.

I (as well as others who have posted) would have liked to had an example or instructions of how to complete the form but thats what the internet is for right?-- Anyway the form was very useful and saved me several dollars. **For anyone that needs to know what the legal description is for their property you can find it on the Forsyth County (NC) register of deeds site after you type in your name or the name of the homeowner to find the deed. Hope that helps --
