Through a power of sale granted in a will, a specific direction in a will to sell real property, or a court order, the personal representative may dispose of the decedent's real property through statutory sale. Use the personal representative's deed of sale to convey real property to a purchaser.
The personal representative's deed does not warrant against title defects preceding the appointment of the personal representative.

Your product package was thorough and I am the one who does not know how to use or begin to be interactive with a computer. Easy to use website and immediate documents appropriate for my area. My only complaint is that the forms had an alignment problem where the fields that were filled in by me did not line up with the template text. I tried to correct it to no avail so I ended up having to retype the entire document. I purchased two templates and both had the same issue.
