very good forms and easy to print and read. I need a notary form from a different state. We are both from the state of Michigan. This would make it easier to complete out of the State of Utah. Thanks Robert W.

Could not give me any deed history prior to 1986, when our company bought the property, so this was a bust.

I thought the process was fairly easy. The price was reasonable. I had a slight problem, some of the words were missing from one page of the documents when I printed it. However, after I saved it to my computer, I was able to print the page in full.

I found a lot of useful information regarding the Lady Bird Deed and feel it will serve my needs as opposed to a Revocable Living Trust. The information was easy to understand and very helpful. The forms seem easy to complete and I plan to get them notarized and filed at the courthouse very soon.

It was very easy to set up the account but then everything is very costly. I didn't see any publications that were free to account holders, so as infrequently I have to do a title search, I may as well just hire an online service to do the legwork too.

I had overwhelming emotions taking my deceased wife's name off my condo, so it took me a year to steel myself to submit the form. I filed in Multnomah county, OR which also requires a cover sheet documented here: https://www.multco.us/recording/recording-requirements But, I'm totally happy with the service and quality from Deeds.com getting me what I needed to get this done.

I thought your site was focused on my specific county, but it wasn't. Therefore, I did not complete a transaction.
