I was very impressed. I needed a Grant Deed that would comply with Calif. law. I haven't tried to record it yet, but I think it's spot-on. References to statutes very helpful. I'm a retired Idaho attorney, and my first attempt was politely rejected by the recorder. (documentary transfer fee exemption, etc.)

Excellent find (Deeds.com) from a google search, first hit. This was exactly what we were looking for. It also got me to upgrade Adobe to be able to fill in the forms. Will be back for follow up as needed, but I think I got everything we needed in the first downloads. Appreciate a well done site like yours. Thanks John

The actual transfer of deed form seems to be the only one not fillable in Adobe. Seems odd.

Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.
