Fee schedule effective July 1, 2017.
StatewideEach additional release or assignment in the same instrument: $1.00. Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Delinquent Assessments-Irrigation Districts: $25.00. Conformed copies: $0.50. Affidavit of labor of mining claims for one (1) mining claim: $10.00, plus $0.50 for each claim in excess of one (1). UCC Search only (no copies per name): $6.00; UCC Search with copies (per name): $12.00; UCC, Federal Tax Lien, Claim of Lien and recorded judgment search (per name with copies): $22.00.
Transfer tax
No transfer tax. None is collected when a document is recorded. (statewide)
