The service was great but after I did all my work and uploaded the documents they canceled my stuff because the county they had on the list doesnt take/or have set up e-recording yet. It was a bit disappointing because thats the only reason I was on here is because it brought me here from that countys sight.

Straightforward and pretty easy to use. The only downside is that there is no way to contact them directly. The number on the website is answered only by a voicemail with no return calls.
Pricing seems fair compared to other services and much more efficient that filing "over the counter."

I can't believe I haven't been using this service since inception. The only thing I would recommend is to allow us to delete an erroneous upload. I accidentally uploaded the same document twice but I saw no way for me to correct my mistake other than to send an email.
