I just completed my first deed filing and I’m very happy with the experience. The deeds staff was extremely supportive and helpful in guiding me through the learning curve of being my first filing without legal assistance. They saved me a ton in legal fees.

Thank you for the kind words Jayar. Glad we were able to help.

Really solid system for determining what may prevent your documents from being accepted. I love the comments section allowing for fluid communication. I only wish there were automated emails for all those communications and once documents were accepted, but I did receive a couple personally-generated emails regarding the progress instructing me to check the site.

I would make just two suggestions.
(1) Create and example showing multiple grantor(s) and
(2) In the same example, show where and estate is conveyed to two or more people.

It would help in knowing the correct format.

Easy to understand and fill out Beneficiary Deed, but when I tried to download finished form, it disappeared! Luckily I had printed it first and had to fill out again.

It was more detailed than the forms on other website, plus cheaper. I do not have date it was recorded in 2000 but did have date of warranty deed. Will that be ok with Recorder? Also did not want to date it today till I know when and where the Recorders office is located.

Deed.com had some hard to find mineral interest deeds for Oklahoma.I'm an attorney in Texas with no Ok experience. The examples on Deed.com were very useful and saved me lots of time.

Both sets of deeds were complete and easy to understand. Both states accepted the forms to transfer property.

Forms are fine, but the inability to download a completed form is not. Nor is the ability to convert to another format. Everytime I went to download, the form erased. I didn't have a printer available, so everything I did was to waste.

Reply from Staff

Thank you for your feedback Duncan. The blank forms should be downloaded first and then completed on your computer.
