Really good product, included guide to filling out forms. Totally pleased with that part. Customer service however was terrible. Did not hear back after I sent two emails. The site signed me up but after I was accepted they would not allow me to download a form, with the notation my account was closed. Had to use another email. Had problems with that. Finally got off of site and went to a login site that allowed me to download the forms. If you can get past setting up your account, it is fantastic site. Nice price compared to alternatives. Also I recieved two validation codes. Have no idea why they were sent.

I filed my beneficiary deed today and it went off without a hitch. I really appreciated the guidelines and the example that came with the form The guide lines cleared up some questions I had regarding tenancy by the entirety which I had been trying to figure out.

A better or more simplified explanation of what some of the more common titles would be used for would help. You list 6-8 types of Trusts alone. An example of doing a Grant Deed to move a property into, out of, or from a Trust to a Trust would have been helpful.

I could not be happier with the service afforded by Deeds.com. Requires you work in Adobe Acrobat. Too difficult to edit, add and erase for an attorney.
