It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. I thought the instructions could have been a little better. I didn't know how to do this if the spouses are married but living in separate residences. Also I didn't understand the "Prior Instrument Reference". That should be explained better. Very sketchy instructions.

Not good. The blanks on the form, supposedly especially tailored for the specific county, didn't have enough space for a document name or the doc #. I had to retype the whole doc myself.
