I had overwhelming emotions taking my deceased wife's name off my condo, so it took me a year to steel myself to submit the form. I filed in Multnomah county, OR which also requires a cover sheet documented here: https://www.multco.us/recording/recording-requirements But, I'm totally happy with the service and quality from Deeds.com getting me what I needed to get this done.

Glad to have all of the helpful extra information, even though they don't answer all questions for all situations. So, I accessed public records and asked questions at the auditor's office. Also, on my Mac computer, filling out the actual deed form is a challenge because the screen jumps to the last page everytime I try to type a few letters or hit the return key, so I'm rollling back up to the first 2 pages after most keystrokes. A bit annoying. Overall, happy to have these form options are available! There is really no need to wait and pay for an attorney when all the information needed is available via public records. Fill in the blanks!

Extremely easy and fast recording of real estate records. Overall positive experience; especially liked immediate access to downloaded documents and instructions. My only concern was lack of adequate space in portions of your beneficiary deed blank form which then required me to use 3 exhibits to complete all necessary documents for the county recorders office.
