Thank you, Deed.com provided the needed forms to change county and state information after the passing of my father, saved me a trip to law office, especially after the lawyers would not return my calls, so I would recommend you check Deed.com for information, saved my family money for lawyer fees, would use Deed.com again. I guess I got what I paid for. The site said I would be able to download blank PDF forms that I could fill out on my computer. I expected fillable forms, like I download for taxes. Instead the forms I got could only be completed by using Adobe Sign and Fill tools. These are much harder to use than fillable forms.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

I needed a Contest of Lien form and was told by our County Department that the forms could be obtained online. The whole process of paying and receiving a PDF re-usable form was user friendly and the items that came with the purchase;the directions about filling out the form ect., were a fantastic addition for the price of the document. Happy customer!

Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. Clearly I missed something prior to purchasing something I can not use. Perhaps additional clarification for us without any experience is this area would be helpful.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!
