Use this form when the land owner wishes to completely cancel a previously recorded transfer on death deed. A revocation of transfer on death deed allows the owner to formally revoke the future conveyance and enter that change in the public record.
According to IC 32-17-14-16, there are two primary ways to revoke a transfer on death deed in Indiana:
If the real estate owner (grantor) decides to change the beneficiary or modify the way in which beneficiaries will hold title to the property when the owner dies, he/she simply completes and records a new transfer on death deed with the updated information.
If the land owner wishes to completely cancel a previously recorded transfer on death deed, a revocation may be a better idea. A properly executed revocation of transfer on death deed allows the owner to formally revoke the future conveyance and enter that change in the public record.

Death of JT form was excellent. You have the best documents out there. I wish I could have read the sample just so I knew my information was entered correctly. Real problem is County wants a bar code on documents to get recorded. Now? Need four deed forms so the expense starts to be prohibitive. I would rather pay more and get multiple access.

Really good product, included guide to filling out forms. Totally pleased with that part. Customer service however was terrible. Did not hear back after I sent two emails. The site signed me up but after I was accepted they would not allow me to download a form, with the notation my account was closed. Had to use another email. Had problems with that. Finally got off of site and went to a login site that allowed me to download the forms. If you can get past setting up your account, it is fantastic site. Nice price compared to alternatives. Also I recieved two validation codes. Have no idea why they were sent.

Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Having forms and instructions available for the public to have their wishes recorded and confirmed makes handling final planning much easier and prevents family members from having the unnecessary task of going through court to solve property distribution issues. I liked having the forms. Some may need to know they can look at the legal Description from online county records, then type up in Word document line by line, the degree sign in Word program is achieved by using alt and 248 on number pad. Then on the form page one write SEE Exibit A and title your Word program description as Exibit A. Goes without saying the legal description should be looked over many times and it is easier to do so if you format your Word the same lineage as the legal description online which is usually not text which is why you have to retype it.
