Under Iowa Code 614.14, the affidavit of individual trustee is used in conjunction with a trustee's deed executed by an individual trustee. The affidavit is a sworn statement confirming the title held by the trustee is free and clear of adverse claims. It is recorded and presented to the purchaser for recording along with the trustee's deed.

Great resource and everything went smoothly except email was performed through autofill prompted by the system but the autofill added a letter that gave wrong email. I can still sign in with wrong email since the system recognizes it as mine even though it is wrong. May be my fault and not the system since I did not catch the discrepancy in time. I would suggest a field that allows a correction to any misinformation prior to signing out from the initial sign on. Still think it is a great resource if all documents are processed and accepted by the pwers to be. Thanks.

I found the process of downloading and completing the documents very user friendly. Thank you for the Declare Value instructions. It was easy to follow, though a sample of the declaration form would be very useful. Navigating the site was fine, but the service was not able to find my deed. Still have not received my refund.
