The form was easy to fill out. The only problem I had was on the Notary page I live in a different state than the property and I couldn't change the name of the state or county where the notary had to sign.

Great service - it was my first time using the service and really recommend it. Due to COVID-19, my County Recorder's Office is closed and I was able to create the document using their vast templates, notarize it, and upload it into the system. It was very easy to set up the account but then everything is very costly. I didn't see any publications that were free to account holders, so as infrequently I have to do a title search, I may as well just hire an online service to do the legwork too.

I thought this form was great and easy to complete but the instructions were unclear as to whether the grantee- beneficiaries needed to sign and notarize their signatures as well. It did not appear to be the case but it would be helpful if the instructions spelled this out better.
