Information very useful and helpful. It would be helpful to inform purchasers that legal size paper is needed to print documents. We had to run to the store and purchase some.

I was unable to finish what I started due to computer crash. I'll get back soon. I paid off my mortgage last year in November. I need to see what to do to get the deed to my property.

Once I had everything right;the recording was fast and easy. I was updated at every juncture and apprised of my mistakes in order to fix and record my deed. To improve service: I think that several different examples and scenarios would have helped. If you have different names from your children; birth certificates and marriage certificates are a requirement in Clark County, NV. If you want to add anyone to the deed in a Quit Claim Deed; you have to add yourself as a grantee even if you are the grantor along with the other grantees.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

Ordered two separate forms for two separate states at two differnt times and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When compared to the cost of having two different attorneys prepare the forms I needed, the value of deeds.com couldn't be beat!
Thank you Gregory. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Have a great day!

You had the generic document that I was looking for Yay! The "example" page was helpful and reassuring. The auto input sections of my document looked ok until i printed it and then it appeared to be out of alignment which is why my rating is lowered to 4 stars it would be nice to have the ability to correct the title (created by me) when downloading PDFs for an e-filing
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!
