When the decedent dies testate (with a will) naming a personal representative (PR) of his or her estate, the PR is called an executor. An executor may need to sell the decedent's real property to raise money to pay the estate's debts or for other reasons in the best interest of the estate.
If the decedent's will includes a power of sale, a simple executor's deed may be used to convey real property from the estate. The deed requires a recitation of facts concerning the executor, the decedent, and the subject property being transferred, and must be signed in the presence of a notary public and is subject to requirements for conveyances of real property in Kansas.
Supplemental documentation, such as a real estate sales validation questionnaire, may be required, depending on the transfer. Consult a lawyer with questions about estate administration in Kansas.

Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

I would appreciate being able to increase the size of the blocks such as the Grantor block and the legal description block where information is enter on the form and to adjust the font. Otherwise great product,

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Affidavit Death of Joint Tenant form. I didn't have a chance to judge your services because I received a message saying that my requested title could not be searched. I will say, the website is easy to navigate. I'm not sure how many who use these services are laymen, but I would suggest adding a detailed explanation of each service. I had to Google the difference between each type of title search, but I might just be more uninformed than the average person, or I just didn't see it on your website
