In this mortgage the grantor/borrower "Warrants" title to grantee/lender (the said mortgage being dated, and duly signed and acknowledged by the grantor, shall be deemed and held to be a good and sufficient mortgage to the grantee, his or her heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, with warranty from the grantor and his or her legal representatives of a perfect title in the grantor, and against all previous encumbrances; and if in the above form the words "and warrants" be omitted, the mortgage shall be good without warranty. (KS Statute 58-2303)

I wasn't sure what I was looking for initially so I printed out the wrong thing. Had to pay again to get the right one but much less expensive than getting it from a lawyer. Our military lawyers will make the forms official but they don't have the forms. Hope this makes things easier for our children when we pass. Thank you for offering this service.

The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly. I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document.
